I start by listening. Really listening.


Together, we focus on what you want from your diet — whether that’s:

  • eating healthier without overthinking it

  • improving gut or heart health

  • losing weight in a sustainable way

  • understanding what’s causing bloating, sluggishness or low energy

Identifying your priorities is the most important step — and from there, I guide and support you with evidence-based, real-life nutrition advice.

Gut health support

Gut health is a particular passion of mine because of the powerful impact it has on the whole body — including energy levels, digestion, immunity and even mood.

There are so many exciting (and delicious) ways to support your gut and keep your microbiome happy. Improving gut health can be genuinely life-changing. Even if you don’t have obvious symptoms, most people benefit from eating in a more gut-friendly way.

If you do experience uncomfortable or unpredictable gut symptoms — such as bloating that seems random, urgent trips to the toilet, or feeling uncomfortable after eating — I can help you make sense of it.

I’ve worked with people who felt completely stuck, unable to spot patterns or understand what was triggering their symptoms. Having a trained professional look at the full picture, from an outside perspective, can be a real game-changer.
