How It Works

Step 1: Book a free initial consultation

This is a relaxed, no-pressure chat where we talk about what’s been going on for you, what you’d like help with, and whether working together feels like the right fit.
There’s no obligation to continue — it’s simply a chance to ask questions and feel supported.

Step 2: Your personalised nutrition plan

If we decide to work together, we’ll explore your eating habits, lifestyle, symptoms and goals in more detail. From this, I create a personalised plan tailored to you — not a generic diet or one-size-fits-all advice.

The focus is on practical, evidence-based changes that fit into your real life.

I offer online consultations to work around you, wherever you are. Face to face appointments can be arranged if you prefer.

Step 3: Ongoing support and guidance

You won’t be left to figure things out on your own. I support you as you make changes, helping you understand what’s working, what might need adjusting, and how to stay consistent without feeling restricted or overwhelmed.

The aim is to help you feel confident, informed and in control of your food choices long-term.

Who I Help

I work with individuals who want to feel better in their bodies but feel unsure what to eat to support their goals. Many people come to me feeling overwhelmed by nutrition advice, confused by macros, or stuck trying to balance “eating well” with real life.

I commonly support people who:

  • Feel unsure what foods or meals will help them meet their health or weight goals

  • Feel lost in tracking macros or conflicting nutrition rules

  • Want to improve body composition or support weight loss in a sustainable, realistic way

  • Want to feel healthier, more energised, and confident in their food choices

  • Experience digestive or gut-related concerns, including bloating, discomfort, or navigating a low-FODMAP approach

My approach focuses on balanced, nutritious eating, personalised guidance, and sustainable changes — not restriction, extremes, or one-size-fits-all plans.

All appointments are online meaning you don’t have to leave the comfort of your own home.

Gut health support

Gut health plays a powerful role in how we feel day to day — from digestion and energy levels to mood, immunity and overall wellbeing.

If you experience symptoms like bloating, discomfort after eating, irregular bowel habits, low energy or that constant feeling that something just isn’t quite right, you’re not alone. Many people struggle with gut issues that feel unpredictable or hard to make sense of.

I help you understand what your gut is trying to tell you.

Rather than guessing or cutting out foods unnecessarily, we look at the bigger picture — your eating habits, lifestyle, symptoms and patterns — to uncover what may be contributing to how you feel. With the right guidance, it’s often possible to reduce symptoms and feel more comfortable around food again.

Even if you don’t have obvious digestive symptoms, supporting gut health can still make a real difference. Most people benefit from eating in a way that better supports their microbiome, helping them feel more energised, balanced and well.

My approach to gut health is evidence-based, personalised and realistic. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution — instead, we focus on changes that work for you and fit into your life.

I can help if you experience:

• Bloating or discomfort after eating
• Irregular or unpredictable digestion
• Low energy or sluggishness
• Confusion around which foods suit you
• A sense that your gut just isn’t happy

Healthy fibre rich foods including a pepper, carrots, pear, apple, beetroot and legumes to show food good for gut health. In a bubble shape to represent the gut.

If your gut health has been holding you back, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
A free initial consultation is the easiest place to start.
